new shifter knob

This was take just before I did a preliminary sanding and started to work on the teeth.

There aren't any more pics because my knife slipped.

Fortunately, I was wearing my safety glove. Unfortunately, the knife had just been sharpened and cut through the Kevlar fabric. The damn thing got my thumb - yep, it's a deep one...and hurts like a son-of-a-bitch. I haven't gotten any stitches yet, I wrapped it good after using some antiseptic...hopefully I won't need stitches...damn
